Product development & launch
Get your product ready for real customers.
Define the release, resolve missing customer journeys and support your team through launch.
Discuss this projectAvailable support
- A release scope: essential journeys, priorities and what can wait.
- Requirements and acceptance checks that design and engineering can work from.
- Agreed delivery support and a readiness review of launch-critical journeys.
Responsibilities & scope limits
Veylund: Veylund can define scope, resolve product decisions and coordinate agreed delivery work. A prototype or bounded build is scoped explicitly.
Your company: Your sponsor makes business decisions; your team supplies customer evidence, access and the agreed design and engineering capacity.
Consulting fees do not include a standing development team or guarantee market success. Specialist work and production delivery are agreed separately.
Process & completion
Choose the essential customer journey
Review customer evidence, the existing product and business constraints. Agree what the first users must be able to do.
Turn gaps into deliverable work
Work through requirements, UX decisions and dependencies with the people building the product. Separate launch-critical work from later improvements.
Check the release, not just the roadmap
For an implementation engagement, review the agreed journeys against acceptance checks and make outstanding risks visible before launch.
Completion: A review ends with an accepted scope and next step. Delivery support ends when the agreed journeys meet their checks, or remaining issues have named owners.
Example engagement
Illustrative situation, not a client case study.
Starting point: A founder has a launch window, a half-built product and more features than the team can finish.
Agreed work: Define a usable first release, resolve the missing journeys and support delivery against a smaller set of acceptance checks.
