Credit terms and usage
Receive a statement of hours used and remaining. Top-ups are manual; no automatic renewal.

What affects a project estimate?
Team size, documentation, supplier cooperation and implementation needs. Third-party services, specialist work and travel are agreed separately. Quotes in another currency are available by agreement.
Leadership & director services
Fractional leadership requires an agreed remit and ongoing involvement. Director services: discuss the responsibilities, time commitment and monthly retainer separately.
