Enquiries and appointments

We use the name, contact details, company information and project details you choose to send to respond, arrange a discussion and prepare a proposal. This supports your request to enter an agreement, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Email links open your email app. A selected service can appear in the subject; you can remove it. Nothing is sent until you send the email. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential client records in an initial enquiry.

Bookings open Google Calendar. Google processes the details you enter, sends confirmations and creates a Google Meet link. Email verification helps reduce spam. The booking page has its own privacy information. We do not record or transcribe calls automatically.

Website and preferences

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and protect it. Fonts and images are served with the website. Your chosen colour theme is stored in your browser. Cookie choices are remembered for up to six months and can be changed using Cookie settings.

Optional measurement

Google Analytics and advertising measurement are not currently enabled. No Google tracking scripts load.

Session recording is not currently enabled.

When analytics is enabled and accepted, a short-lived session record connects the entry page, approved campaign and latest page interest for up to 30 minutes. Visiting a page does not tell us what type of company you represent. Clicking a booking or email link does not confirm that a booking or enquiry was completed.

Optional tools stay off until you accept the relevant category. Rejecting them does not prevent browsing, emailing or booking. Withdrawing permission stops further collection on this site; it does not undo information already processed. Browser blocking and consent choices mean our reports do not include every visit.

Who processes information

Our providers include Google Workspace for business email, Calendar and Meet, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer safeguards. Their privacy information is available from Google, Cloudflare.

Retention

We review unsuccessful project enquiries for deletion after 12 months without further contact, unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Agreed project records follow the engagement’s retention arrangements. Records required for tax and accounting are retained for the applicable statutory period. Optional tools have their own retention settings and provider policies; contact us for details.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion, and where applicable restriction, portability or objection. You can withdraw consent at any time. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
