Engagement information
For business clients. A conversation or booking does not commit either party to paid work. The written proposal and agreement set the terms of each engagement.
Scope before work
We agree deliverables, responsibilities, access, dependencies, timing and acceptance checks in writing. Changes to scope, fees or reserved capacity need agreement before the additional work starts. Website examples are indicative, not guarantees.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in euros, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Our proposed payment term is seven calendar days. Prepaid work begins after cleared payment and an agreed start date. Larger engagements can be invoiced by agreed phases; another currency or payment arrangement must be agreed before invoicing.
Consulting credit and reserved capacity
Credit pays for agreed hours used; it is not unlimited access or a reserved working day. Validity, unused credit, cancellation, rescheduling and any reserved capacity are stated in the proposal. Top-ups are manual, with no automatic renewal.
Confidentiality, data and ownership
Before access is granted, we agree confidentiality and appropriate security measures. If Veylund processes personal data on your behalf, the necessary processing agreement must be in place. Ownership and licences for deliverables, pre-existing methods and third-party materials are agreed explicitly; no automatic transfer is promised by this website.
Leadership and director appointments
Operational leadership and formal director appointments are different engagements. Authority, responsibilities, conflicts, insurance, liability and appointment terms require separate written agreement. They are not included automatically in advisory credit.
