Veylund: Veylund assesses the task and guides or builds the agreed pilot. The proposal specifies who implements integrations and the next rollout phase.
Your company: Your process owner provides approved examples, sets acceptance criteria and reviews the results. Sensitive data needs approved access and tool use.
A simpler process or conventional automation may be enough. Production rollout, maintenance and specialist security or infrastructure work are scoped separately.
Process & completion
Choose work worth changing
Map the recurring task, inputs, exceptions and time spent. Compare a process fix, conventional automation and AI before choosing a tool.
Test useful and difficult cases
Use approved examples and explicit quality checks. Test failures as well as the happy path, with a person responsible for accepting the output.
Decide what goes into everyday use
Review observed quality, effort, running cost and remaining risks. Agree the owner, training and any separate rollout or maintenance work.
Completion: The agreed cases have been tested, limitations are visible and an owner understands the checks and recovery process. A demo alone is not production readiness.
